Cast a rod at fishing spots to catch raw fish — the main feed for Cooking.
Getting started
Pick up a fishing rod on Tutorial Island, or buy one from Harbormaster Sera or Keeper Maren, then fish any fishing spot.

| 25–55 | Moonshade pools & glasswater reefs | Moonshade L25, glasswater reef L40 (~220 XP) — big jumps in XP per catch. |
| 55–99 | Hum-vein pools & the Listening Deep | Hum-vein pools L55 and the Listening Deep L75 (~1500 XP) are the end-game spots. |

Tips
- Raw fish are useless until cooked — train Cooking alongside Fishing.
- Resonant lures and crystal rods (from Tinkering) speed up high-level fishing.
