Training guide
Brew tonics and antidotes from foraged herbs at a stove.
Getting started
Forage herb leaves, then stand at a stove and brew a Minor Tonic — two herb leaves become a pocket heal worth 25 XP.
| Levels | Activity | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| 1–8 | Minor Tonics | 2× herb leaf at a stove for 25 XP a brew — herb patches respawn fast enough to keep a loop going. |
| 8–15 | Antivenom | Opens at L8: 2× herb leaf + 1× raw mushroom for 45 XP. Stock some for poison fights. |
| 15–99 | Keeper's Tonics | Opens at L15: 3× herb leaf + 2× wildflower + 1× crystal shard for 80 XP — the premium brew and the long grind. |

Tips
- Antidotes flush poison, venom, burn and chill — and unlike food they can be drunk at full HP, so keep one slotted for status fights.
- Herblore leans on Foraging: a circuit of herb patches and wildflower meadows feeds both skills at once.
